The host hotel for the 2016 CGA Strategic Conference is the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, which is directly adjacent and connected to the Palm Springs Convention Center. Located in scenic Palm Springs California at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, the resort offers a uniquely upscale experience including spacious guest rooms, cosmopolitan spa and is just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The Hilton Palm Springs and Courtyard Palm Springs will serve as a secondary hotel options and are both walking distance to the convention center.

All reservations must be received by end of day on September 7, 2016, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. After September 8, 2016, new reservations should be made directly with the hotels. All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.
Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours if booked online or by telephone; fax and mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Event Solutions. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Reservations cancelled after September 7, 2016 and prior to 24 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for each room cancelled, charged by Orchid Event Solutions. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival date.
Through September 19, 2016, send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via email email@example.com or fax to (801) 355-0250. After September 19, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

Requests are subject to approval from CGA Show Management. It is our policy that Conference attendees are not allowed to sponsor any functions that conflict with a scheduled Conference event. This applies to events held in hotel suites, meeting rooms and at any outside location.
